Penz Limited
Penkz was founded in 2007 supporting adults with their care and support needs. Our supported accommodation is modern and offering 24-hoursupport for adults with long term mental health needs, complex needs, including forensic background, physical health needs and substance use. We are CQC registered and able to offer regulated services and at the same time focus on
co-production, and person-centred approaches to provide opportunities for people to recover, develop skills and step down to more independent living.
Our Accommodation
Our accommodation is located at the heart of Streatham in Lambeth borough and 10mins drive to Wandsworth borough. Both accommodations are close to all community services, healthcare centres, high street, rail station and public transport.
Bournevail Road (5 bed supported living Accommodation)
Bournevale Road is a three storey Victorian residential mid-terraced property, set in a residential area, comprising 5 bedrooms, 5 with en-suite shower rooms, communal bathroom and WC, and communal kitchen diner. The property is also provided with gardens to the front and rear.
Thornlaw Road
Thornlaw Road is a detached, Edwardian era, two storey residential building. The ground floor
provides a hallway, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower room and office. There is a small rear extension which houses the kitchen and a conservatory has been added to the rear. To the first floor there are five bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a kitchen and laundry room.
